Uduak Abraham makes explosive allegation against President Tinubu, Otu over bandits, cultists

An explosive allegation has been made against President Bola Tinubu and Cross River State Governor Bassey Edet Otu over claims that they allegedly pay criminal groups as part of their approach to insecurity.

Speaking during a discussion, Uduak Abraham claimed that the difference between Tinubu and Otu was that the President allegedly pays bandits, while the Cross River governor allegedly pays cultists between ₦10 million and ₦15 million monthly.

“The only difference between President Tinubu and Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, is that one is paying bandits, while the other one is paying cultists about ₦10–15 million monthly,” Abraham alleged.

No evidence or documentation was provided in the statement to substantiate the allegations against the two political leaders.
